Worst dentist in West Lothian, the customer service is beyond appalling, this practice needs to review the way it deals with its customers, without customers there is no business......
I phoned in today to book appointment for my son i was told he has a missed appointment with a 10 charge.i said i got the letter and will pay when we come to see the dentist on the day.i was refused appointment saying that i cannot make appointment until the 10 charge is paid.i have been made look like a criminal that we have done something so wrong.until this money is paid we wont see you..is this the service we have come to expect from doctors & Dentist now. it is such a shame denying appointments to child on the back of 10 which i said i will pay when i come in money should not be your soul interest only. patients well being also comes into play at some point or have we lost that in this surgery .
Couldn't recommend this dentist more. Nice lady, did a great job, and I didn't feel a thing throughout the procedure.
