Nightmare to make a appointment.
Just phoned doctors to register with these jokers. The receptionist was one cheeky cow don't think I will be joining them to get insulted again. Disgusting behaviour expect a complaint as I am in the process of doing it now. Unbelievable!
Booking an appointment with this practice at all is a nightmare! The Doctors and nurses are all lovely, but it's anyone's guess if you'll get to see one when you need! The phone lines are jammed as soon as the practice opens, and most of the time the phone queue system isn't in use, meaning you need to constantly redial.Edit: 8 months later, and this surgery has gone from bad to worse. I've had to book multiple appointments for the same issue because the receptionist hasn't 'booked the right doctor', and they lost my smear test, only to find it 5 minutes after doing it again. Rediculous .
Been with this practice for 20 years and have always been treated courteously during my contacts with them. Like most practices in West Lothian, it can be tricky getting an appointment quickly but I have never had any issues with particularly long waiting times, and have found all staff polite and helpful.
Pass the buck and don't deal with my children's illness.... Not a A+E issue but told to go hospital by the nurse. The whole point of your practice is to deal with non-emergency patients not complicate hospitals even more!
