I just wanted to congratulate Janis in getting me out of a hole. I live far from my Mum (who lives in West Lothian) and forgot to order my Mothers Day gift until about 5pm on the evening before!!! She went out of her way to make it happen. I believe she had to speak to the big boss, and the even bigger boss to override the computer system. She assured me that, despite the emails I would receive stating it would be delivered on Monday, that it definitely would be there by Mothers Day afternoon. The beautiful bouquet and choccies arrived at 10.30 AM the next day. My mammie didnae know I forgot and its all down to the lovely people here. Thank you.
