Wouldnt us flying Scot Edinburgh again. They dont make it clear that they also collect people from another car park, this is obviously having an affect on how long it takes to get buses to each car park. We waited at least 15mins after dropping the car off for a bus then being picked up were left hanging around for at least 25mins. We would have been quicker walking. This is no reflection on the Glasgow flying Scot!
Fantastic service. The receptionist was lovely. Our flight home arrived at 2.30 and we were met by Big Dave who gave us a cheerful welcome and had warmed the car up to clear the windscreen. Full marks all round.
If I could give zero stars I would! Arrived and told we had no booking after showing the confirmation and the money taken from my account, a very rude staff member told us she'd squeeze our car in somewhere. Then on return, they couldn't find our car keys or car and thought maybe a colleague had moved it "up the back road" Incompetent, Unreliable, Not secure!Not one apology or bit of remorse was shown the whole experience! Would never recommend here to anyone!!! Pay a bit extra for somewhere else and at least be rest assured your car is in safe hands, not ran by a bunch of cowboys.
If I could give 6 stars I would ! Arrived in the wee small hours of the morning only to be given a nice hot cup of coffee and a chocolate biscuit..... very friendly and helpful. Couldnt praise the guys enough.... wouldnt look any where else. Also offer military discount.... top company. Will actually look for my next holiday to be leaving from Edinburgh !!!! Thank you
Great place to park. I have left my car here on numerous occasions and receive a great service. Recently there has been change in the staff in reception and now it is even more welcoming and the service is excellent. The car park is close to the airport and this allows us to get to there without any problems so we can begin our holiday right from the moment we leave our car. Highly recommended company to use.
