Desperately needed a battery for my car, phoned them up and spoke to a bloke called Paul who said they could fit one today and as I'd only had the present battery less than two years he said they'd check to see if it was indeed the battery and not something else causing it not to start .To be honest I was sure they were going to find the something else, but nope, it was the battery!Can't thank him enough for being so nice and helpful.Definitely deserve the 5 stars
Went today for a brake check as brakes were screeching. Took them an hour to look over the car, which is fair enough. Get the call to come back & they quoted me just shy of 370 for seized brakes!! Almost had a heart attack. We got back to the garage where we said can you put the car back together so we can think about it. Immediately he said that they can offer a deal on the brakes. We again told him no just let us go think about it. They needed half an hour to put the wheels back on so we sat outside the garage. Again the guy approached us asking us if we wanted him to try free up the brakes free of charge. Again we said no. We took our car along to a local garage in our village who just laughed at the quote. He fixed the brakes for 280 as the brakes needed for my car are specialist brakes with a wheel bearing built in. Never again will we visit here. Rip off to the max.
