This garage have had our vehicle for 6 weeks and it is still not repaired. Minor shunt with front bonnet and headlight damage, how on earth can they justify 6 weeks? Worst of it is the lies, every time we ring they are waiting for a part, its not their fault etc. have not got the decency to admit they are just a useless garage. Would definitely not recommend .
Substandard work for what was an Alfa approved body shop. When car was picked up paint flaws meant that someone had to try and take them out. The fact it was released in that state shows the lack of pride taken in their work. When car was returned to Alfa multiple paint flaws were picked up that I hadn't noticed and shouldn't have been there after Eastern Western were trusted with the work. So I had to pay them for the work then FCA as part of the return process. Amateurs would probably have done a better job.

After being involved in a non fault accident I declined the insurance approved garage after ready online reviews and chose to have Nissan, my car manufacturer to conduct the repairs. The repairs took 3 weeks which was longer than expected however this was due to unforeseen damage. I was updated on a regular basis and informed when my car could be collected. On picking it up the manager took my car into the workshop as it was dark outside in order to show me what work had been done. I can only say it was faultless and like new after the courtesy valet. If I'm unfortunate enough to be involved in another accident I will definitely be back. Great work.
