Really helpful and nice staff. We had an issue on a Sunday where the casing under the car had come off and was scraping along the road - quite scary. We googled nearby garages open on a sunday - we were seen within 5 minutes and the garage removed the casing and refused to take any payment, was so nice considering we got caught on the motorway in the freezing cold on a Sunday not knowing what to do. Makes such a difference when people go out their way to be helpful! I will definitely use this garage again!
Long wait for 2 tyres but it was a saturday afternoon so expect that. Fine job though no complaints.
Absolutely shocking service from in on out!!!! Walked in and before even looking at my car advised it would cost around 350 for my power steering to be fixed. Left my car here to then be called and advised I needed a new battery and this would fix it ( I have now been to another garage who advised the battery is absolutely nothing to do with my steering ) I then received no updates until I called myself to be advised I still had to pay 75 for a new battery as well as let them send it to another garage that would cost min. 350, after advising I did not need or want a new battery I went to pick up my car to which a man named Alan was extremely rude and point blank nasty to myself telling me my battery was now dead and my car would not start - he then proceeded to swear at me advising he did not want to listen to my PISH after I asked why my car would no longer start. Cannot believe from a well known brand this kind of behaviour is acceptable! Absolutely disgusting and will NOT be going here ever again.
