Had my Ibiza serviced here under my service plan this week, I WAS irritated by the fact that after being offered a courtesy car on the phone I couldn't have one as I was too young (insurance reasons - fair enough but please COMMUNICATE THIS BETTER), the service they did do was exemplary, even under the service plan they used genuine Seat filters and gave the car a good going over. Staff were happy to answer all my questions. The total time for the service could have been shorter (keeping in mind that the car wasn't initially looked at for an hour), BUT neither them nor I were expecting that I would be sat waiting for the car so I'll cut them some slack for not having it in immediately.
My partner and I have just purchased a used car from these guys and found the service to be first class. Kevin was straight-talking and able to answer all our questions concisely and without any hard selling, which (after visiting several dealerships in the past few weeks) is a refreshing thing to see in this industry. Great baby changing facilities and free coffee were also a big plus!
I bought my car from here in March 2018. Ian was great at sorting out everything and having my car ready within a few days. I've just had my first service as well - the team done a fantastic job, my car was also washed and cleaned so it looked brand new! The service was completed within a few hours. Husband just bought me a fiat 500 for my birthday. Brilliant service and advice from Ian. Really friendly and no pressure. David released the car for us as Ian on holiday and again friendly service. Would definitely recommend. Only thing missing was my pink fluffy dice!!
I have used this branch for many years now and wouldn't hesitate to use again the staff are fantastic . I deal with David grieve and he is absolutely first class at his job. Bends over backwards for me and goes that extra mile just to make sure I am happy. Any problems are dealt with swiftly (not that I have had many) I will always very highly recommend this branch to all family and friends top class You all do a great job.
