Bought a Fiat van last week. Peter was helpful enough on the day.Driven it for 4 days and it's got what could be a major engine issue. Phoned up, spoke to DB and he's not interested in any form of after-sales care. Told to go and find a garage as "they're always after work". He obviously hasn't tried booking a garage at short notice. Gonna HAVE to go through the RAC warranty (skint cause just bought a feckin van a week ago ye know) hoping it covers the work but have my doubts about that.Arthur Daley springs to mind. Avoid!I won't be back.Wonder if I'll get his stock reply below?
