Decent selection and the guy took his time with us as we werent sure what we wanted got a car in the end and its been good its done everything its says on the tin

John is undoubtedly a nice guy when he is selling you a car. However, god forbid when you buy the car from hell you cannot rely on him. Why, you may ask? Here goes, broken tailgate on a Jaguar x Type Estate. What else, gearbox and alternator warning lights, complete failure of front and rear parking sensors. Oh! The air conditioning didn't work when I purchased the car in August when driving back to Kent from Scotland. What has John done? NOTHING!! By the way, the warranty that John supplies borders on useless. I know because the AA turned it all down. There is more, like crash damage (not noticeable on purchase)and only received a screenshot for HPI and never the certificate. Very odd. John has decided to ignore my emails. Be aware.
Bought car here Oct this year. Car is great and service from John excellent. In for service today but John advised not due for another 7k miles....saved me paying for a service not reqd. How many garages would do that?? Highly recommend John Kilkenny Cars and would not hesitate to purchase from him again
What a fantastic dealership, we had high expectations after reading the reviews online and the these were met and exceeded. We had been looking out for the right specification car for a while and the Volvo at John Kilkenny was exceptional.
