One star is for the Admin staff which sits upstairs dealing with service and warranty contracts as they are so good and easy deal with. They actually respect you talking to you or dealing with your query. Apart from that, everyone here just talks to you like it says idiot on your forehead. Being the only Mercedes commercial vehicle sales and service point, they are over busy and just treat you like nothing when you go in for something. Wish there was another Mercedes commercial vehicle facility near by so I never had to go to this place! Staff on the Front desk for service is so rude and useless. Once a guy at front service desk deliberately made me wait 45mins for an invoice after my vehicle was fixed, showed to me and given the keys by the workshop guy. Just because I kept asking to him why my vehicle is taking so long even though it was booked in for a time slot days in advance. As I said, I wish I didnt had to step into this place if there was any other option.
